By submitting an application for the SERG program, applicants certify that all information submitted as part of their SERG program application is true and correct, and applicants understand and agree that if they receive an allocation from the SERG program, they will be required to certify their agreement to the SERG program recipient guidelines prior to receiving any disbursement of funds. The SERG program recipient guidelines will be available for recipients to review at https://tncaresact.tn.gov/SERG-guidelines.
By submitting an application, each applicant will be granting permission to the Tennessee Department of Revenue ("DOR") to disclose the applicant’s tax information, including the applicant’s identifying information and tax account registration status, to the Tennessee Department of Finance and Administration ("F&A") and any party with whom the State of Tennessee contracts for administration of the SERG program. The applicant understands that F&A and the contractor are prohibited from redisclosing tax information received from DOR to any other party.
The program funds will be provided on a first come, first serve basis as applications and supporting documentation are evaluated. The State of Tennessee reserves the right to prioritize the order of payment to best serve the purposes of this program. Submitting an application for the SERG program does not guarantee payment as program funds are limited. Once the application is approved, eligible businesses will be granted access via email to the Tennessee CARES Act Management System ("TN CAMS") in order to complete the certification and required document submission process. To ensure receipt, add TNCARESACT.COM and tncaresact.tn.gov as approved domains in your applicable approved domain lists.
